Patricia (O'Reilly) Witt

Patricia Witt (nee O’Reilly) 76 years of Humboldt died peacefully at Humboldt District Hospital on Sunday, October 8, 2017.  Patricia is survived by her son Brendan (Salima) Witt, granddaughters: Aliana and Safiya Witt, her brother Micheal and sister Maureen respectfully.  Patricia was born March 29, 1941 in England. She was a respected nurse and midwife. She moved to Humboldt, SK to pursue her nursing career where she met Leonard Witt of Humboldt in 1967 where they were married. Patricia’s passion was to care for those in need and donate her time to the hospital foundation. Patricia was predeceased by her husband Leonard in 2001.  At Patricia’s request there will not be a funeral service.
