Ronald Schneider Obituary

It is with great sadness that the family of Ronald Dwight Schneider announce his passing on Thursday March 15, 2018 in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan at the age of 60.  Ron was born in Saskatoon July 6, 1957 to his parents Arlane and Joyce Schneider.  Ron is survived by his loving wife Brenda, his children; Aimee, Aaron, Jordan (Naydene) and Tori (Barrett), his grandchildren; Kaila and Parker.  His Sisters; Elaine Wendland, Sheila Herbers and Brenda (Leigh) Cook and his Brother Barry (Joan) as well as his Step Mother Nellie Schneider and many nieces and nephews.  He was predeceased by his Father and Mother as well as his Brother Darryl.

Ron had a love of fixing things and could often be found in his garage tinkering on his trucks.  He loved being surrounded with family and friends and we will never forget his contagious smile and usually inappropriate humour.  Ron and Brenda loved spending time at the lake and Ron had become an avid fisherman.
In his working life Ron had a 19 year career with Dairy Producers then began his own Trucking Business through Day & Ross.  We know he will be greatly missed by the many people he touched along his routes.

We would like to thank the many Doctors and Nurses that cared for Ron in the last few months, Especially Dr. Awesome, Dr.Stakiw, Dr. Bates and Dr. Woods and the unbelievably compassionate nursing staff of 6100 RUH.

A celebration of Rons’ life will be held at St.George’s Senior Citizen Centre on March 23, 2018 at 7pm.
