Wayne Harvey Branton

It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Wayne Harvey Branton, originally of Thornlea, Newfoundland, aged 64 years. After a courageous battle, Wayne passed away peacefully in Lanigan, Saskatchewan, surrounded by his loving family. In 2014 Wayne was predeceased by his faithful canine companion of 15 years, Murphy Magellan Branton. Wayne leaves behind his loving wife Rosalind, his daughters, Karen and Lori, his sister, Betty Barnes, brothers Howard and Stan, and their families, as well as his Long Harbour Murphy family including seven brothers in law and their families, and many friends and students across Canada. As per Wayne's wishes there will be no memorial service, but he did ask that anyone who wishes to make a donation in his memory contribute to Beagle Paws Rescue in St. John's, Newfoundland - www.beaglepaws.com/donate/
