He was such a gentle soul. Babysitting paid 25 cents per hour back then but Arnie often paid 30. Great memories of you Pat, Jay and Camille. My condolences.

Dear Pat, Jay and Camille
We are sorry to here of Arnie's passing. He will always be remembered in our minds not as a boss but for his friendly, kind, demeanour toward everyone in a purposeful business. He considered no task as unachievable. Innovation was always on his mind. It is with respect and sadness Gloria and I pass on our deepest condolence. We'll miss a valued friendship.

Dear Pat and family, I was so shocked to hear of Arnie's sudden passing. May I offer my sincere condolences and prayers for your consolation in this difficult time. May God give you strength -- and, I guess, resignation to accept what faces all of us: our final passing from this world to the next.
I won't be able to attend the funeral, so send this greeting in my place.

Many blessings, Marian

We are sorry to hear of the loss of a Father, Grand-Father, husband and friend. It was interesting to note the information with regard to being an innovator, and so on. We can say that the loss of a parent is devastating, however we also can say that being grateful for the time we have had with a parent is paramount. We do however have to remind ourselves quite often to be thankful for this time as it is easy to wallow in self pity and negative thoughts. We wish you God's peace and comfort.

With love and warmth, our family expresses their deepest sympathy and sincere condolences to Auntie Pat, Jason, Camille and their families on the passing of Uncle Arnie Brockman. Our rich and vibrant family embodies close connections, and raising our Saskatoon family alongside of Jason and Rachelle as not only family but close friends, ensured that celebrations and life moments connected us with Uncle Arnie and Auntie Pat throughout the years. Uncle Arnie’s gracious, calm and consistent spirit allowed for everyone else around him to shine through his constant love and support. He was the rock on which we could all stand to rise above. At family gatherings, Uncle Arnie could be found in a quiet space for a wonderful one on one conversation away from the hustle and bustle of our dynamic bunch, and in speaking with him one instantly recognized his keen intelligence and intuitive mind. His aptitude for design and engineering was evident in all he did, and coupled with his amazing work ethic, many benefited from the work built of his hands. Who else could build monkey bars and swing sets to last generations and generations to come? Uncle Arnie is remembered as being one quick with a joke and a smile, as befitted his generous spirit, keen wit and indefatigable energy. Our lives have been elevated by the examples set by Uncle Arnie and Auntie Pat; their love and commitment was undeniable. While with sadness we will miss him, our hearts rejoice in loving our dear Uncle and recalling our memories of celebrating life’s moments together. Our thoughts and prayers are for Auntie Pat, Jason, Rachelle, Beth and Maria; Camille, Lorne and Sappho, to find peace and happiness in cherishing the memories of their remarkable husband, father and grandfather. We are so blessed!
From our hearts,

Pat & Family:
Please accept my prayers & condolences. Arnie was a classmate of mine at St. Peter's College. I know that he will be remembered by many in the Humboldt area. Unfortunately, I never had the pleasure of his company on any of my Pilgrim Journeys. Blessings.
