Katherine "Kathy" Alice Bergerman

Katherine Alice Bergerman, daughter of Theodore and Alice (Gray) Bergerman of Humboldt, passed away on July 28, 2019. She was born December 27, 1955. In Wakaw SK. In 1957 the family moved to Humboldt. Kathy attended St. Augustine school and St. Mary’s in Estevan. After a short stay in Valleyview center in Moose Jaw, she found her permanent home at Menno Home in Waldheim.

She was predeceased by her parents Ted and Alice, brothers Robert and Ted (Darlene Zaichkowski) and sister Margaret (Marcel Robin)

She is survived by siblings Jerome (Verlie Rees), Mary Rose (Bill) Wolff, Joan (Denis) Baudais, Herb (Lucille Desmarais), Joseph (Johanna Kaal), Denis (Lynn Cuelenaere), Roman (Marlene Hamilton), and Jim (Donna Swab), and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family extends gratitude to the staff of Rosthern Hospital and to all her friends at Menno Home, both staff and residents who provided exemplary loving care for Kathy for three decades.  

The Funeral Mass for Kathy was held Friday, August 2, 2019, 10:30 a.m. at St. Peter’s Cathedral, Muenster. Interment followed in the parish cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to Christian Horizons.
