Margaret Ann Vigoren (Roberts) passed away at Rosthern Mennonite Nursing Home Tuesday October 1, 2024, with family by her side.
Margaret was born in Wadena Saskatchewan on September 23,1940 to Cathrine and Joseph (Ren) Roberts, the middle child of seven children.
Margaret is survived by daughter Brenda (Brian) and son Mark (Simone); son Glen (Tracy) and children Dean (Amber-Rose) and Ashly (Andy); daughter Cheryl (Brad) and children Crystal, Bradley (Donnan); sister Iris Holtz and brother David Roberts (Myrna); sisters-in-law Estelle Vigoren and Gail Roberts; 7 great grandchildren Avery, Kai, Madeline, Ezra, Chloe, Luke and Taliya; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Margaret is predeceased by her husband Garnet Vigoren; parents Joseph (Ren) and Cathrine Roberts; father-and-mother-in-law Palmer and Mary Vigoren; her brothers Joe (Marion) and Terry; sisters Christina (Neil) and Gail (Charlie); brothers-in-law: Elmer Holtz, Martin Kozar and Robert Vigoren and sister-in-law Shirley Kozar.
A Funeral Service for Margaret was held October 26, 2024, at 1:00 P.M. at Wesley United Church, 22 Goode Street, Quill Lake, SK. Interment followed at the Clair Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Alzheimer’s Society of Saskatchewan (1405 Faulkner Crescent, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan S7L 3R5) or Kidney Foundation of Canada Saskatchewan (Branch 116, 103 Street E A3, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan S7N 1Y7).
