A great deal of time was spent designing the funeral home so it would best serve the needs of the people of this area. Our entire facility is wheelchair accessable with a wheelcchair available onsite.
Foyer
We have a warm and welcoming foyer, featuring an information center with a number of brochures and information on hand.
Chapel
Spacious 150 seat chapel which can be used for family visitations, evening prayer services and/or funeral services.
The front of the chapel features a curved alcove for casket or urn placement. It is decorated above with an angel and greenery and the ceiling of the chapel is painted with a cloud-effect.
Our organ is situated at the rear of our chapel on a raised platform.
When existing the chapel down the center aisle, you have a wonderful view of our beautiful stained glass window, which features a dove.
Arrangements Office/Family Gathering Room
This combination room with a folding curtain in the middle can be used as two smaller rooms or one larger room. One side is our Arrangements Office. This is where we will sit down with families to make pre-arrangements or at need funeral arrangements. The other side of the room has a selection of children's toys and books to keep little ones busy while their parents are focusing on other things. This room also has a large table which is used to set up a buffet style luncheon following prayer or funeral services. At times, families will gather in this combination room prior to a service or they may meet people in here during a visitation. This multipurpose room can be used for:
- Meeting with families around the dining room table.
- It is adjacent to our chapel, with one way glass windows into the chapel and sound, so that it may be used as an overflow seating area for large services.
- Play area or quiet room for children with a selection of books and toys available.
- Families may use it as a place to gather prior to a service
- Use of room for lunch includes coffee, tea and juice, cups and napkins.
Casket Selection
Our casket selection room offers a choice of 8 caskets on display as well as another 30 options available, with overnight delivery from Saskatoon.
Cremation Selection
We have a large selection of urns on display as well as keepsake urns and jewelry.
Office
In our business office, we take care of the day to day business of operating a funeral home. We also produce all of our own printed materials such as memorial cards and laminated bookmarks for families. We design and print memorial cards or bookmarks for each family according to their individual wishes.
